That work has taken many forms throughout my life. I have been a middle-school English and history teacher, non-profit manager, co-founder and COO of a social justice-oriented startup, and (now) UX researcher and designer. My background has enabled me to address problem spaces using the leadership, facilitation, and positive behavior modification skills I developed earlier in my career, along with human-centered design, agile product development, and lean start-up methods.
When not at work, you will most likely find me reading way too much, out hip hop dancing, or at my desk scribbling away with colored pencils.
